Social Process
Pay the same attention to the detail of the social process as to technical & commercial processes
These can work together for success
– or they can work against each other.

How people behave, do their work & interact, and the systemic and interpersonal factors that drive this

Cost, financing, cash flow, return, efficiency, profit

Method, process, materials equipment used -for a specific field (eg: engineering, accounting, performance mgt, production)
is our focus and is a core business process
All organisations achieve their goals through the work of people, whether this is 10 or 10 000. This leads to the complex and ongoing business challenge of how to get our people to consistently and efficiently do the right work.
